Dwn No.89: Noise Man

Still got that bout of Megaman fever after hearing about Megaman 9, and so I present my 9th Robot Master idea: Noise Man.

Naturally, when people look at this, they'll think"Soundwave", but this guy has no cassettes. In fact, I've mulled over the option of having him fire CDs. Taking after myself a bit, Noise Man likes rock and will play it at ear-piercing levels, and if he so much as hears country music, he will freak the Hell out!
